This series was taken whilst working for the Barn Owl Foundation in Hungary, both at the reserve and whilst out looking for nesting sites, doing surveys and on days off whilst walking to the forests. The Hungarian landscape and the woodlands have a rich understated beauty, often left un-managed (neglected it may seem to some English foresters!) they are unruly and untidy as they should be, and definitely more wild because of it.
